South Dakota Food Safety Certification for Managers Approvals

(Pre-Licensing)
South Dakota Department of Health has approved PSCC to provide online training and exam for the Re-Certification of your Certified Food Manager license. You can complete the training course online, then after completion of the course, you are required to take a proctored exam. This method is much easier than the classroom setting, as you can train at home or at work, then just go to a site for the exam.

Proctors are located in Sioux Falls, Rapid City, and Madison, SD.

Once you graduate from the course, you can print your proctoring directions. You call the proctor, and pay for the exam. Proctoring costs are around $50 to $60. Then, after a two day set up, you can schedule your exam, go in and sit with the proctor to take the test. You can fax or email your results to us, and PSCC generates your certificate, and notifies the state of SD, you will be recorded in the state database as a certified Food Manager.

PSCC is also approved for food safety training in several other states.
